1. 賞品内容

当選者には、南フランス・ニースにあるプライベートスタジオでの3泊の宿泊が提供されます
賞品は宿泊のみで、食事・交通費・その他の追加費用は含まれません
スタジオには、設備の整った簡易キッチン、Wi-Fi、便利な立地が備わっています

2. 応募資格

応募時点で21歳以上であること
フランス国外から渡航する場合は、有効なパスポートおよび必要な渡航書類を所持していること
**日本国籍の方（有効な日本のパスポートをお持ちの方）**のみ応募可能です

3. 応募方法

4. 応募期間

応募は2025年7月27日に開始し、**2025年7月31日 23:59（フランス時間）**に締め切られます
当選者はランダムに選ばれ、2025年8月上旬に当社公式Instagramアカウントにて発表されます
当選者が指定の宿泊日に都合がつかない場合、別の当選者を選出し、賞品が受け取られるまで繰り返されます

5. 宿泊日程

宿泊は2025年8月29日〜9月01日の期間で行われます
チェックイン：8月29日 15:00
チェックアウト：9月01日 11:00
日程や時間の変更・振替はできません

6. 利用規約

賞品は譲渡不可・現金との交換不可です
当選者は、交通費・食費・旅行保険・その他の個人的な費用など、宿泊以外のすべての費用を負担するものとします
このキャンペーンは、Instagramにより支援、承認、運営、関与されているものではありません

7. 雑多

本キャンペーンに関するすべての事項（賞品の種類や当選者を含むがこれらに限らない）についての主催者の決定は、最終的かつ確定的であり、参加者はこれに従うものとします。参加者による異議申し立て、照会、苦情、またはその他の連絡は一切受け付けられません。

主催者は、詐欺的な手段または活動により賞品を得ようとした、あるいは本キャンペーンまたは主催者に対して有害となる活動を行ったと主催者が証拠をもって確認、もしくは合理的に信じる場合、単独の裁量により、当該参加者を失格とし、当選者から賞品を没収する権利を有します。

参加者には、主催者が適切と判断する任意の時点で、電子メールまたはその他の適切な手段を通じて連絡される場合があります。

参加者は、本キャンペーンの結果について主催者に責任を問わないものとします。
参加者の行為または不作為（不正行為、改ざん、無許可の介入、詐欺行為、その他主催者の管理の及ばない原因を含むがこれらに限られない）により、本キャンペーンが正常に運営できない場合、主催者は、単独の裁量により、事前の通知なしにキャンペーンを中止、終了、変更、延期、または一時停止する権利を有します。

主催者は、事前の通知や理由の提示の有無にかかわらず、キャンペーンをキャンセル、終了、または一時停止する権利を有します。主催者によるキャンセル、終了、または一時停止に関して、参加者は一切の請求、損害賠償等を行うことはできません。

主催者は、参加者が本キャンペーンに関連して本規約に違反したと判断するに足る証拠または合理的な根拠がある場合、適用される現地法に従い、当該参加者に対して法的措置を取る権利を留保します。

主催者は、合理的な制御を超える状況に起因する義務の不履行または遅延に対して、一切の責任を負いません。

主催者、その子会社、関連会社、提携会社は、本キャンペーンに関連して参加者が被った損害、損失（直接的、間接的、特別、結果的損害または利益の損失を含むがこれらに限らない）、費用、責任、不満、精神的苦痛、人身傷害または死亡について、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。

本規約は、キャンペーンの他のプロモーションや広告資料に含まれる、矛盾する条項、条件、規定、または表現よりも優先されます。

主催者は、事前の通知なく、自己の裁量により、本規約のいかなる条項も変更、削除、または追加する権利を有します。

本キャンペーンに関連して発生するすべての付帯料金、費用、経費は、参加者の負担とします。

本キャンペーンに関連して、適用される法律の下で参加者に課されるすべての税金、政府手数料、その他の料金は、参加者の責任において負担されるものとします。

本規約の英語版と翻訳版との間に不一致がある場合には、英語版が優先されます。

Contest Terms and Conditions

Win a 3-night stay in Nice, South of France!
August 29th –September 01st , 2025

1. Prize Details

The winner will receive a 3-night stay at a private studio in Nice, South of France.
The prize includes accommodation only. Meals, transportation, and any other additional expenses are not included.
The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a convenient location.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
If traveling from outside France, a valid passport and necessary travel documents are required.
Only individuals of Japanese nationality (with a valid Japanese passport) are eligible to enter.

4. Entry Period

Entries open on July 27th, 2025, and close at 11:59 PM (France time) on August 2nd, 2025.
The winner will be selected at random and announced on our official Instagram account in early August 2025.
If the selected winner is unavailable for the specified travel dates, another winner will be chosen. This process will be repeated until the prize is successfully awarded.

5. Stay Schedule

The stay will take place from August 29th –September 01st , 2025
Check-in: August 29 at 3:00 PM
Check-out: September 1st at 11:00 AM
No changes or rescheduling of dates or times is permitted.

6. Terms of Use

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner is responsible for all expenses beyond accommodation, including but not limited to transportation, meals, travel insurance, and personal costs.
This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

7. Miscellaneous

All decisions made by the organizer regarding any aspect of the campaign (including but not limited to the type of prize and selection of the winner) are final and binding. Participants agree to comply with these decisions. No objections, inquiries, complaints, or other forms of contact will be accepted.
The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant and revoke the prize if there is evidence or reasonable belief of fraudulent behavior, harmful activity, or any attempt to unfairly influence the campaign.
Participants may be contacted by the organizer at any time deemed appropriate via email or other means.
Participants agree not to hold the organizer liable for any outcome related to this campaign.
If the campaign cannot be conducted properly due to acts or omissions of participants (including but not limited to fraud, tampering, unauthorized interference, or causes beyond the organizer’s control), the organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone, or suspend the campaign without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the campaign at any time with or without notice or reason. Participants may not seek any compensation or damages in such cases.
If the organizer has reasonable grounds or evidence to determine that a participant has violated these terms, legal action may be taken in accordance with applicable local laws.
The organizer bears no responsibility for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners bear no liability for any damages, losses (direct, indirect, special, consequential, or loss of profit), expenses, liabilities, dissatisfaction, emotional distress, injury, or death incurred by participants in connection with the campaign.
These terms take precedence over any conflicting terms, conditions, provisions, or representations contained in other promotional or advertising materials related to this campaign.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, delete, or add to any part of these terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
All incidental costs, fees, and expenses related to participation in the campaign are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Any taxes, governmental fees, or other charges imposed on the participant under applicable law in relation to this campaign are the responsibility of the participant.
In the event of discrepancies between the English and translated versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
